I was looking for personal development, which developed into a full-blown career, as I went from being a driven marketing associate to running an office of my own in no time.

Since opening up my sales branch three years ago, I’ve noticed that the marketing business is similar to sports as I have to constantly seek new strategies to grow faster. Therefore, I create progressive structures of how I want my enterprise to function and improve every day.

In this respect, I work diligently, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my ethical values. It includes being compassionate and contributing to the development of people to ensure that they can grow both personally and professionally.

I also promote a culture of teamwork so that as an organization we can move seamlessly towards a common goal. In addition, advanced technology has refined the recruitment process, and enhanced my success. 

As a result, it fills me with immense satisfaction when I can select, mentor, and train talented go-getters to experience the same leadership opportunities that I received. Witnessing their confidence improve after they go through the management program is rewarding.

When I’m not working on new campaigns for clients, I love watching all types of sports and spending quality time with my family.
